PASA Air Conditioning Upgrade

Innovative Construction Services is currently completing an HVAC system replacement project at Progressive Auto Sales Arena for the City of Sarnia. The project focuses on improving climate control within the facility’s main rink area through the replacement and installation of a new rooftop air conditioning unit.

As a busy municipal recreation facility, the arena requires an HVAC upgrade that supports the comfort of athletes, spectators, staff, and visitors. The work includes the removal and replacement of the existing system serving the main rink, followed by the installation of a new RTU A/C unit designed to meet the operational needs of the space.

The project requires careful coordination within an active public facility environment. Innovative Construction Services is managing the work with attention to safety, scheduling, and minimizing disruption to arena operations wherever possible.

Scheduled over an eight-month period, the project will help modernize a key mechanical system within Progressive Auto Sales Arena and support the continued use of the facility for sports, events, and community programming.
